Expert Valve Manufacturing Lead

Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee the production and quality assurance of customized fabricated valves at our plant.
About You:
- You will possess extensive knowledge of valve manufacturing, torque specifications, sealing principles, and testing procedures.
- You should have a hands-on approach and remain composed under pressure.
Your Responsibilities:
- Supervise the assembly and hydro pneumatic testing of customized fabricated valves.
- Collaborate with design and quality control teams for final dimension, testing parameters, and documentation.
- E nsure test bed readiness, safety, and leak-tight performance for each valve.
- Monitor throughput, testing rejections, and final acceptance clearance.
- Lead a team of engineers, fitters, helpers, and testers with a focus on timeliness and quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of industry experience with 2 years as Assistant Manager in Fabrication/Machine tool building/Equipment manufacturing
