Job Title: Senior Associate L1

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate L1 to join our team in India. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop custom interfaces using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) tools, with a focus on data integrations between SuccessFactors ECC and target systems.
  • Develop expertise in Groovy scripts and work with various HCI/CPI tools to create efficient integration solutions.
  • Ensure clarity on security concepts, including SSL and PGP encryption, to maintain the highest level of data security.
  • Work with standard adapters (FILE, RFC, IDOC, JDBC, SOAP, REST, SFTP, JMS, SuccessFactors, etc.) to create seamless integrations.
  • Collaborate with business analysts to understand integration specifications and develop solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Participate in an in-house development team that fosters innovation, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
  • Provide training to business users on running extracts through CPI and support cutover processes.
  • Develop strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Visio, Excel) to create presentations, diagrams, and reports.
  • Work in a flexible schedule to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Develop expertise in SAP API management, including API portal and dev portal, and create APIs, products, applications, and tag APIs with products.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in integration and API management.
Requirements:
  • At least 3+ years of experience in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and API management.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP CPI and SuccessFactors.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Visio, Excel).
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
