Job Description

  • We are seeking a seasoned Operations Specialist to lead supply growth and manage on-ground operations across cities.
  • The ideal candidate will drive fleet acquisition & retention, support cross-functional teams, and lead driver engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Developing and maintaining healthy supply in cities.
  2. Conducting customer satisfaction surveys and research activities.
  3. Supporting cross-functional teams including GTM, marketing, legal, and GR teams.
  4. Managing large fleets for acquisitions & retentions.
  5. Analyzing market share and creating plans to improve our footprint in the market.
  6. Recruiting and retaining offline & online recruiters.
  7. Building relationships with local authorities for effective supply management.
  8. Creating go-to-market strategies to onboard new and active drivers.
  9. Taking ownership of different projects & initiatives to drive brand name in the market.
  10. Identifying supply gaps within different areas and establishing new channels of acquisition.
  11. Traveling extensively to different cities within the country to manage on-ground operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership skills with at least 3 years of experience in managing large operational teams across different cities/regions.
  • Ability to solve multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and qualitative skills with the ability to use data for solving large-scale operational challenges.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of supply ecosystem in a consumer tech environment.
  • Startup experience is preferred.
