Oracle Supply Chain Management Expert

 

As an experienced Oracle supply chain management professional, you will lead the implementation of end-to-end logistics solutions using advanced ERP technology.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leveraging business analysis and requirements gathering to define project scope with cross-functional teams.
  • Translating business objectives into functional requirements and refining them into technical action items.
  • Configuring and optimizing Oracle supply chain applications, conducting functional analysis and application gap analysis, and preparing detailed design documentation.
  • Supporting business users by clarifying requirements for project teams and developers.
  • Validating user requests against system capabilities and data structures.
  • Providing expert data analysis using SQL queries.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery and mitigate risks.
  • Ensuring security and compliance with industry standards for confidential information.
  • Researching, recommending, and implementing innovative supply chain technology solutions.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 8–10 years of experience as an Oracle Applications Consultant or System Analyst/Manager.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle ERP Application functionality.
  • Deep knowledge of supply chain processes and Oracle Cloud framework.
  • Proficiency in SQL queries and Agile methodologies.
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects under tight deadlines.
