Job Description

Unlock your potential as a Solutions Consultant and drive business growth with innovative solutions.

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide pre-sales techno-functional expertise to our sales team and customers. You will act as a bridge between customer needs and our solutions, recommending best practices, solving complex workflow problems, and identifying innovative solutions.

As a Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for providing techno-functional input to bid proposals, projects, and related documentation during the sales cycle. You will also install and demonstrate organizational products at customer sites, operating independently and applying in-depth knowledge and experience to address complex issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide techno-functional expertise to support the sales team and customers throughout the sales process.
  • Contribute techno-functional input to bid proposals, projects, and related documentation during the sales cycle.
  • Install and demonstrate organizational products at customer sites.
  • Operate independently, applying in-depth knowledge and experience to address complex issues.
  • Maintain current and thorough understanding of both our organization's and competitors' products and services.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and internal stakeholders to develop and suggest appropriate products and services that meet customers' needs.
  • Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing customers to assess their business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 4+ years of pre-sales experience with strong prospecting skills.
  • Skilled in value-based negotiation and customer engagement.
  • Problem solver who collaborates on creative solutions.
  • Adaptable to market changes and opportunities.
  • Self-starter and reliable team player with initiative.
  • Makes informed judgments from multiple data sources.
  • Willing to travel as needed for business.
  • Effective communicator able to present techno-functional content to diverse audiences.
