We are seeking an experienced professional to provide pre-sales techno-functional expertise to our sales team and customers. You will act as a bridge between customer needs and our solutions, recommending best practices, solving complex workflow problems, and identifying innovative solutions.
As a Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for providing techno-functional input to bid proposals, projects, and related documentation during the sales cycle. You will also install and demonstrate organizational products at customer sites, operating independently and applying in-depth knowledge and experience to address complex issues.
Key Responsibilities- Provide techno-functional expertise to support the sales team and customers throughout the sales process.

- Operate independently, applying in-depth knowledge and experience to address complex issues.
- Maintain current and thorough understanding of both our organization's and competitors' products and services.
- Collaborate with sales teams and internal stakeholders to develop and suggest appropriate products and services that meet customers' needs.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing customers to assess their business objectives.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 4+ years of pre-sales experience with strong prospecting skills.
- Skilled in value-based negotiation and customer engagement.
- Problem solver who collaborates on creative solutions.
- Adaptable to market changes and opportunities.
- Self-starter and reliable team player with initiative.
- Makes informed judgments from multiple data sources.
- Willing to travel as needed for business.
- Effective communicator able to present techno-functional content to diverse audiences.
