
Background Documentation Coordinator

We are seeking a meticulous Background Verification Specialist to manage onboarding documentation for candidates, coordinate with background check agencies, and work on verification management tools.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in any field and 1-3 years of experience in HR Operations / Onboarding / Background Verification. Strong communication skills (verbal & written), attention to detail, and strong follow-up skills are essential.
- Manage candidate onboarding documentation.
- Coordinate with background check agencies.
- Work on verification management tools.
- Set up new client accounts & complete onboarding activities.
- Follow up with candidates & agencies to expedite background verification.
- Attend client calls for audits & background check requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be based in Aurangabad, India and must be available to work night shifts. This is a full-time, on-site role with no remote option.
