Job Title: Marketing Operations Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Manager to join our growing marketing team. This role will play a crucial part in managing operational aspects of brand & marketing, with a focus on exhibitions, social media coordination, budget management, brand merchandise, sales collaterals, and vendor management.

The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing operations, branding, or coordination, preferably in the FMCG or marketing/creative agency background with experience in managing BTL activities.

This role involves acting as a liaison between the company and external agencies, collaborating with internal teams to source content ideas and product information, overseeing planning, scheduling, and execution of social media content to ensure brand consistency.

In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for tracking all marketing expenses, ensuring adherence to allocated budgets, maintaining updated records and reports on campaign spends and cost effectiveness, and processing invoices, vendor payments, and reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all administrative and logistical deadlines for exhibitions and marketing events.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather product, branding, and technical information.
  • Ensure timely delivery of collaterals, booth materials, and samples to event locations.
  • Collate all leads and visitor data captured during events and ensure accurate and timely upload to SFDC, in coordination with the sales and CRM teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing operations, branding, or coordination.
  • Industry background – preferably FMCG or marketing/creative agency background with experience in managing BTL activities.
