Job Description

As a crucial member of the testing team, you will focus on testing various ServiceNow modules. Your key responsibilities include conducting thorough functional testing to ensure the quality and reliability of our solutions.

Your role involves designing, developing, and executing functional test cases for multiple ServiceNow modules. You will also perform regression, integration, and system testing to validate end-to-end business processes.

You will work closely with development teams to identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution. Additionally, you will utilize ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) and other test automation tools to enhance testing efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 6 years of relevant experience in testing
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
