An Accounts Receivable Specialist is required to join our organization.
Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to manage accounts receivable, generate invoices, and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, including the ability to gather and organize information, as well as proficiency in invoicing and accounting software.
- This role involves generating and sending invoices to customers, monitoring accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding balances, and reconciling discrepancies.
- A strong understanding of U.S. GAAP standards and regulations is essential for this position.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and verifying invoices and expense reports for accuracy and compliance with U.S. GAAP.
- Maintaining vendor relationships and preparing financial reports are also key aspects of this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.
- Strong active listening and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in invoicing and accounting software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
