Project Manager – MS Dynamics 365 Finance

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee large-scale ERP programs, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills to manage complex projects across global time zones.

The selected professional will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating meetings, documenting agendas, minutes, decisions, and action items.
  • Tracking project plans, issues, and risks; consolidating updates for status reports.
  • Ensuring timely updates and resolution of blockers with stakeholders.
  • Escalating risks and dependencies to leadership as necessary.
  • Assigning clear ownership for all action items to ensure accountability.
  • Supporting project governance through documentation, reporting, and progress tracking.

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • 3–5 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
  • A strong understanding of ERP programs, preferably MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain.
  • Familiarity with ERP workstreams: Finance, Supply Chain, HCM, integrations, testing cycles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with US stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in O365 tools (Outlook, Teams, OneNote, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and Jira for issue/risk tracking.
  • Skilled in prioritization, risk tracking, and escalation management.

Prior qualifications include:

  • Hands-on experience coordinating D365 Finance & Supply Chain implementations.
  • Exposure to large-scale ERP or IT transformation programs.
  • Experience working in global, cross-functional environments.
