Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Migration Specialist to support the transition of our multiple plant locations into a unified Oracle ERP (version 12.1.3) system. This role involves data migration, system configuration, and close coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless ERP integration process.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and execute ERP data migration activities from various legacy systems into Oracle ERP 12.1.3.

- Understand and map existing ERP and inventory management tools to Oracle data structures.

- Manage end-to-end data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.

- Utilize Oracle tools for data loading and system configuration.

- Collaborate with functional teams at individual plant locations to gather system requirements and data sources.

- Perform plant-specific customization and configuration within Oracle ERP to accommodate unique operational needs.

- Support testing, validation, and user training throughout the migration lifecycle.

- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance during migration and post-implementation phases.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle ERP implementations or migrations.

- Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP R12.1.3, especially inventory and billing modules.

- Expertise in Oracle data structures, screens, and data loading tools (e.g., SQL-Loader, FBDI, ADI).

- Proven experience in migrating data from diverse ERP systems into Oracle ERP.

- Ability to understand and customize ERP systems based on plant-specific needs.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
