Qualifications

  • At least 5-7 years professional experience in solution analysis/implementing Oracle Asset Management (WACS, OFS, Unifier, Primavera)
  • Cross functional knowledge to Oracle Fusion preferred
  • Utility experience is an absolute advantage
  • Good knowledge and understanding of business processes
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate business needs to the technology teams
  • Attention to detail and excellent analytic skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

  • Define and document scope of business requirements of ERP solution (Oracle and edge systems) and translate them into technical requirements
  • Work closely with Team Leads and SMEs to define functional requirements for ERP solution
  • Ensure that requirements map to the real business needs and are approved by all relevant stakeholders
  • Manage requirement changes (including process and system changes) to ensure that everyone is working from up-to-date documentation
  • Collaborate with SMEs and Digital team (e.g., application development, quality assurance) to review the solution design and test plan
  • Challenge status quo and bring the best practice of ERP to long term company interest
  • Conduct POC if needed to validate solution design
  • Work with data migration team and integration team on data migration and end to end integrations
