Position: Oracle HRMS Techno Functional Consultant

Experience: 10+ Years Relevant in Oracle HRMS

Note: Candidate should initially work from India and once request need to move to Dubai.

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant with 10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). The ideal candidate should have strong implementation expertise in Payroll, Self-Service HRMS, and Benefits modules. Exposure to dashboards and analytics is considered an added advantage. This role involves both functional process knowledge and technical capabilities, with responsibilities spanning implementation, configuration, development, and post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and support the implementation and enhancement of Oracle EBS HRMS modules, including Payroll, Self-Service HRMS (SSHR), Benefits
- Work on system configurations, customizations, and reports development
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored HR solutions
- Develop and maintain functional and technical documentation
- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver timely solutions
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful system integration and user adoption
- Provide support in building or improving HR dashboards and reports

Required Skills & Experience:

- 10+ years of experience in Oracle EBS HRMS as a Techno-Functional Consultant
- Strong functional and technical expertise in Payroll, SSHR, and Benefits modules
- Hands-on experience in Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, and Workflow
- Good understanding of HR business processes and statutory compliance requirements
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have:

- Experience in developing dashboards and analytics tools
- Exposure to modern UX tools or reporting platforms integrated with Oracle EBS
