We are seeking an Engagement Specialist to nurture our global family across social platforms.
This is a people-first role for someone who loves genuine connections, daily engagement, and building long-term relationships. You'll help turn our followers into loyal supporters by creating a welcoming space across our digital touchpoints.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow our community across Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Facebook, Pinterest, and Little Red Book (Xiaohongshu).
- Actively post content and keep groups and communities active on Facebook and Instagram.
- Engage daily with followers: reply to DMs, comments, and share meaningful interactions.
- Monitor conversations, sentiment, and feedback to help shape future campaigns.
- Support email communications by gathering FAQs and customer insights.
- Work closely with the Social Media Manager to align tone and campaigns.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in social media engagement, community building, or customer interaction.
- Excellent written communication and a natural, empathetic voice.
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple conversations daily.
- A passion for slow fashion, motherhood, or kids' lifestyle communities is a plus.
- Experience working with premium or luxury brands is an advantage.
