Job Opportunity:

Customer Success Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving customer success and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for technical questions or escalations, collaborating with internal teams.
  • Help customers develop customized plans, outlining strategic goals and performance metrics, and provide guidance in achieving these objectives.
  • Measure customers' progress toward these goals and report results both internally and externally.
  • Collaborate with Account management teams to secure contract renewals and identify opportunities for expanding usage across the customer's organization.
  • Lead pilot projects for upsells and participate in presentations with key accounts.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success/project management, with a proven track record of success, particularly in managing major accounts.
  • Technical expertise in cybersecurity, combined with analytical and project management skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to make independent decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
