We are seeking a highly skilled Patent Litigation Attorney to represent clients in complex patent disputes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent clients in patent litigation matters before various courts, ensuring expert legal representation at all times.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents, maintaining the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
  • Assist senior attorneys in all aspects of litigation preparation, including discovery, deposition preparation, and trial support, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes growth and development.
  • Manage client relationships effectively, communicating clearly and transparently regarding case status and strategy, ensuring complete satisfaction and trust.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in patent law and procedural rules, ensuring compliance and adaptability in an ever-changing landscape.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with team members and other practice groups within the firm, promoting a culture of teamwork and mutual respect.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, from an accredited institution.
  • Admission to the Bar in [state/country] and in good standing, demonstrating a strong commitment to ethical and professional standards.
  • 4-7 years of experience in patent litigation, showcasing expertise and a proven track record of success.
  • Strong familiarity with patent law and procedures, including High Court procedures and litigation processes.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills, enabling the creation of high-quality legal documents and effective case strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, balancing individual contributions with collective goals and objectives.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects while maintaining a high level of productivity.
