Program Associate Role

We are seeking a Program Associate to amplify our impact by building a vibrant community of educators and stakeholders, and reshaping the narrative of government schools.

This role goes beyond content creation – it's about driving a movement that empowers students through holistic education and promotes positive societal change.

  • Create and engage a dynamic teacher community through digital campaigns
  • Identify and share impactful stories from schools and classrooms
  • Craft compelling content for various platforms
  • Grow our social media presence across platforms
  • Collaborate with educators and stakeholders to reshape the narrative of government schools
Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

  • Develop and implement content strategies for social media and other digital platforms
  • Write engaging copy for blog posts, articles, and other publications

Community Building

  • Build and maintain relationships with educators, stakeholders, and community leaders
  • Design and implement events and activities to foster community engagement

Analytics and Evaluation

  • Track engagement metrics and refine strategies based on data analysis
  • Conduct regular assessments to evaluate program effectiveness
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Social Work, or related fields
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital engagement
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills
  • Ability to track engagement and refine strategies with an analytical mindset
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi, and local languages for effective outreach
  • Passion for education, community building, and creating large-scale social impact
