About the Role

We're seeking an expert developer to join our team in building cutting-edge tools that power social impact. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your skills in AI and software development to drive meaningful change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement LLM-powered developer tools using LangChain, FastAPI, and Vector DBs (Pinecone etc)
  • Create Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines with embeddings, chunking, and similarity search
  • Develop smart workflows with persistent memory (Redis, in-memory caching, or custom layers)
  • Built modular APIs that are async, fast, and production-ready
  • Deliver end-to-end features — from prompt engineering to deploying in Docker/CI/CD pipelines
Requirements
  • Strong Python skills, with hands-on FastAPI experience (async endpoints, dependency injection, modular project structure)
  • Knowledge of LangChain, LLMs, and Vector DBs (Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate, or FAISS)
  • Comfort with stateful/memory systems (Redis, Postgres JSONB, or custom context persistence)
  • Familiarity with Docker and Git-based CI/CD workflows
  • Understanding of Postgres schema design and migrations
