Job Title: Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to lead our property management operations.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling all property management operations of residential complexes, high-rise buildings, and villas. They will provide professional, value-adding technical and operational inputs on day-to-day operations, manage technical service providers and suppliers, and ensure they are competent in their appointed disciplines.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and establishing suitable procedures for planned and preventative maintenance of installed plant and machinery.
  • Compiling annual budgets for technical repairs, power consumption, standard maintenance, soft services.
  • Managing security, civil repairs, major modification installation, etc.
  • Approving expenditure on technical services matters, negotiating AMCs, vendor selection evaluation, coordination, etc.
  • Compiling monthly and annual management reports, operating budget actual expenditure monitoring, and submission of reports to management.
  • Managing reporting functions of all direct indirect employees.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in property management operations.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
