Job Summary

This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day property operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all administrative duties and facility services.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Operational Oversight: Support facilities management team in coordination with the Facilities Manager and Assistant Facilities Manager to ensure seamless execution of daily tasks.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain adequate inventory of supplies and materials, manage supply and service contracts as approved by stakeholders.
  • Risk & Safety Management: Participate in emergency response drills, crisis management, and business continuity planning, actively monitor and address health and safety issues.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage and monitor property budget, petty cash requirements, and ensure compliance with financial procedures related to vendors and expenses.
  • Client Service & Performance: Handle client escalations, difficult operational issues with a client-centric approach, continuously seek ways to improve client satisfaction and exceed service level agreements.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Prepare accurate stock reports, meeting minutes, and monthly management reports for stakeholders.
  • Candidate Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hotel Management, or Building Management.
  • 3–5 years of experience in facilities management.
  • Strong knowledge of property operations and occupational safety practices.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams.
  • Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
  • Ability to implement and monitor continuous improvement initiatives.
