Job Overview

The incumbent will be responsible for supporting banking device procurement and import, as well as Warehousing & Inventory Control Management.

  • This role requires working closely with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of warehousing and inventory control activities.
Key Responsibilities

Evaluate multiple available products/services in the market to meet user requirements.

  • Compare goods/services with industry trends to determine appropriate pricing and finalize vendor and cost through RFP process.
  • Support User and Legal function for contract execution from SCM perspective.
  • Responsible for handling end-to-end activities related to warehousing & Inventory Control Management for all banking products/devices.
  • Coordinate with relevant user functions regularly to understand their requirements/demands and manage sufficient inventories for each product through proper planning and ordering management.
  • Maintain existing contracts related to banking product, warehousing, and inventory control, and review them to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Engage with user functions to understand needs and resolve pain points related to purchase, warehousing, and Import.
  • Ensure timely delivery of ordered products/services by coordinating with vendors and collecting inventory reports on a daily basis.
  • Prepare and publish inventory reports for all products on a daily basis.
  • Support data analysis for preparing monthly procurement reports.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new products.
  • Manage vendor partnerships to ensure products and services are provided with competitive pricing and in a timely manner.
Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  • At least 10-12 years of strong experience in Sourcing, Import, and warehousing & Inventory control management.
  • Knowledge of procurement practices and governance.
  • Experience in collecting and analyzing procurement data.
Qualifications

Candidates must possess:

  • MBA or equal qualifications.
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a high-paced dynamic environment and capable of prioritizing workload to meet scheduling demands and timelines.
