Seeking a strategic financial leader to drive efficiency and decision-making. As a key member of the management team, you will oversee all financial activities including planning, budgeting, reporting, compliance, and cash flow for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Operations Management: Manage day-to-day finance operations, including budgeting, spending, cash flow, and financial analysis.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements, MIS reports, and forecasts for senior management.
  • Vendor and Client Management: Oversee vendor, client, and employee payments, salary processing, and expense reimbursements with proper documentation.
  • Statutory Compliance: Ensure timely filing and payment of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and coordination with auditors for internal and external audits.
  • Financial Planning and Cost Optimization: Conduct financial planning and cost optimization; analyze income and expense tracking to maintain financial health.
  • Payment Follow-ups and Tracking: Drive payment follow-ups, maintain receivables/payables tracker, and handle banking and office visits as necessary.
  • ERP and Financial Process Implementation: Implement and maintain financial processes using ERP, Tally, SAP, and Excel.
  • Actionable Insights: Provide actionable financial insights to leadership for effective decision-making.
  • External Liaison: Liaise with banks, consultants, and other external agencies as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce; CA or MBA (Finance) preferred.
  • Minimum 3–6 years' experience in finance management roles, preferably in manufacturing, hospitality, or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian statutory regulations (GST, TDS, PF, ESI).
  • Proficient in ERP systems, MS Excel, and financial modeling.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
