Job Description

As a member of our team, you will play a key role in providing a seamless trading experience for our clients.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all products and services meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Management: Gather requirements from clients and stakeholders, conduct benchmarking, prepare business requirement documents (BRDs), and coordinate with vendors to resolve issues.
  • Product Maintenance: Conduct regular functionality checks on trading platforms, ensure error-free software delivery, and communicate effectively with clients regarding issues and resolution timelines.
  • Product Support: Provide technical and functional assistance to clients, conduct product demos at pan-India branches, and maintain a support desk for client queries.
