Job Description

We seek a highly skilled Lead Analyst to support and drive a large, growing book of work aligned to the Retail Banking sector. The successful candidate will contribute to revenue growth and innovation, ensuring successful completion of projects with experience and flexibility.

The Lead Analyst will manage client projects in the region, supporting clients' strategic decisions through syndicated benchmarking and market research. This involves in-depth discussions with clients, including C-suite executives, to guide strategic decisions using insights and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver end-to-end client projects, including data collection, analysis and synthesis of qualitative and quantitative datasets to build strategic insights.
  • Interpret market and industry trends to identify patterns, extract insights and highlight emerging opportunities.
  • Lead client and internal meetings; address client questions/queries using data and content expertise.
  • Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions through proprietary tools, rigorous analysis and customized reports or presentations.
  • Work with case teams on BCG case engagements.
  • Ensure client and case team satisfaction and timely project delivery.
  • Drive new ideas and work independently with limited guidance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to sustain and grow the program's membership base.
  • Act as senior member in the team, taking oversight and line management responsibility for junior team members.

This role requires rapid learning and business knowledge development, with strong opportunities for internal career progression. You will have high direct client exposure, reaching C-level executives in many cases.
