Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Strategist to lead our business operations.

  • This role will oversee centralized processes for Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, and Facility Management.
  • The ideal candidate will have the ability to control operational losses and prevent revenue leakage through effective systems implementation.
  • They will be responsible for capturing customer feedback, conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and improving processes to ensure timely compliance with Board and Committee commitments.
  • The successful candidate will automate and scale processes for greater efficiency, reconcile and rectify GL and intermediary accounts promptly, and centralize regulatory returns submission.
  • They will also optimize costs through vendor negotiation and process automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business strategy development and implementation across Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, and Facility Management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
  • Design and implement effective processes to capture customer feedback, conduct RCA, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, reconcile accounts, and ensure timely submission of regulatory returns.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to optimize business performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process automation, cost optimization, and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in business operations, management, or strategy.
  • Proven track record of leading business transformation initiatives and driving results-oriented solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
