We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Business Development Professional to join our team.
As a key member of our business development department, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing marketing strategies, and building partnerships with homeowners and local brokers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Researching and analyzing existing and new markets in terms of pricing, footfall, quality of supply, competition, and other significant factors.
- Developing and managing relationships with homeowners and local brokers to ensure a continuous pipeline of relevant villas.
- Visiting villas and carrying out the home acquisition process to onboard homes successfully.
- Conducting and reviewing commercial models and negotiating contracts for deal closures.
- Working cohesively as a team member to contribute to the target for homes acquired per month.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in being target-oriented.
- The willingness and capability to be on the field to scout and generate leads.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
- The ability to hustle and meet deadlines.
