As a functional consultant, you will be leading the end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits modules. Your role will involve gathering business requirements, designing solutions, configuring and deploying benefits plan types, eligibility profiles, costing structures, open enrollment, qualifying life events, and integrations with payroll and other HCM modules.

">Key Responsibilities:
  1. Configure benefits plans, manage eligibility profiles, and develop costing structures to meet client needs.
  2. Develop integration interfaces using HDL, FBDI, SOAP/REST services, and middleware tools for seamless data exchange.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with HR processes, compliance standards, and project deadlines.
  4. Conduct workshops, document business requirements, develop test scenarios, and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to guarantee successful implementation.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of IT experience with deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits.
  • Proven ability to configure eligibility profiles, plan designs, costing, open enrollment, and life event processing.
  • Hands-on experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL), File-Based Data Import (FBDI), and integration using SOAP/REST APIs.
  • Strong understanding of global benefits regulations, compliance, and administration best practices.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills; experience leading remote teams.
  • Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits certification (preferred).

 

Additional Benefits:
  • Experience with OTBI, HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher for reporting.
  • Familiarity with RICEF components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms).
  • Experience in global rollouts and multi-country benefits implementations.
  • Exposure to project management methodologies and change management processes.
