Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Financial Services Manager to join our team.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger accounts, including debtors, creditors, and petty cash. Ensure timely completion of tasks and maintain high levels of accuracy.
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial regulations.
  • Handle GST and income tax-related matters, including filing returns, payments, and reconciliations.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Coordinate with external auditors to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing and collections.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.
  • PREFERRED CANDIDATE WILL HAVE KNOWLEDGE OR EXPERIENCE IN IMPORT-EXPORT DOCUMENTATION AND RELATED FINANCIAL PROCESSES.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Commerce (B. Com) or equivalent.
  • Years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or trading environment.
  • Strong knowledge of GST, income tax, and other relevant accounting standards.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software such as Tally or Zoho.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
