Job Summary
  • Oversee and coordinate all soft services operations within assigned facilities to ensure an optimal workplace environment, employee satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Manage vendor relationships and service delivery across multiple soft service disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Service Management: Oversee cleaning, catering, security, landscaping, pest control, and waste management services.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with multiple soft service vendors, ensuring SLA compliance and cost optimization.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain service quality standards.
  • Budget Monitoring: Monitor and control soft services budgets, process invoices, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Compliance: Ensure all services comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with tenants, employees, and management regarding soft service requirements.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on service performance, costs, and improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in facility management or soft services.
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of FM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
