Job Overview

The Migration Function is responsible for transferring business processes from GOSC using a time-tested methodology and ensuring seamless capability establishment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing end-to-end IT project migrations
  • Supporting IT projects with application development
  • Responsible for managing end-to-end programs clusters of projects
  • Publishing regular reports on migration project communication status updates shared with all stakeholders
  • Regular connections with stakeholders on requirement gathering updates and activities related to migration methodologies
  • Performing daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly migration program level report outs
  • Ensuring smooth coordination between all functions during migration
  • Providing extended support to migration batches in day-to-day migration activities as needed
