Job Role:

Manufacturing Systems Specialist

A seasoned manufacturing systems specialist with extensive experience in the implementation and maintenance of enterprise-wide manufacturing execution systems (MES) is required to lead strategic initiatives and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive plans for MES platform integration, ensuring seamless collaboration among cross-functional teams, including engineers, IT, and production staff.
  • Collaborate with technical stakeholders to integrate MES with other enterprise systems, such as ERP, SCADA, and PLCs, utilizing strong understanding of data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau.
  • Utilize expertise in database management systems (SQL, Oracle) for efficient data extraction, transformation, and reporting, supporting informed decision-making across the organization.
  • Maintain effective communication with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders through exceptional verbal and written skills, facilitating successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 5–8+ years of experience in business analysis or functional consulting roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in MES platforms, database management systems, and data visualization tools, with a focus on enhancing manufacturing workflows and enterprise system integration.
  • Strong analytical skills, combined with excellent problem-solving abilities, to drive process improvements and optimize business outcomes.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems, ideally with knowledge of their respective integrations with MES platforms.
  • Knowledge of industrial automation systems, including PLCs and SCADA systems, to facilitate smooth system integration and optimal performance.
  • Fluency in languages such as English, Hindi, or Gujarati, enabling effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
