Senior Mechanical Design Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Design Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative mechanical solutions from concept to production.
Your primary focus will be on the design of multi-gas sensor products, ensuring seamless integration with other teams and meeting market requirements.
You will work closely with customers and end-users to understand their needs and design products that meet those requirements. This includes designing complete sensor systems, including housings, gas flow architecture, simulation chambers, control units, and portable instruments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product integration.
- Design and develop mechanical components using CAD tools such as SolidWorks, Solid Edge, Fusion 360, Inventor, and CATIA.
- Work with suppliers to drive product rollout from concept to full-scale manufacturing.
- Conduct simulations, tolerance analysis, and failure assessments using advanced tools and techniques.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in mechanical design and product development.
- Strong understanding of DFM principles and product rollout lifecycle.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
