Key Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Utilities C2M specialist to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the Oracle Utilities C2M suite, specifically:
  1. Customer Care and Billing (CC&B)
  2. Meter Data Management (MDM)
  3. Service and Asset-based architecture within C2M
  4. Field Service Integration with MWM or external FSM platforms
  5. Smart Grid Gateway (SGG) for head-end system integration
  6. Expertise in meter-to-cash (M2C) processes including billing, meter reads, usage processing, VEE, exceptions handling, and service orders

Additionally, the candidate should have a strong understanding of Customer Information Systems (CIS), MDM, and utility operations. Experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) is also required.

Technical Requirements
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA Suite, and Oracle MFT
  • Familiarity with Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, and event-driven architecture
  • Knowledge of head-end system integration, AMI, and SCADA data flows via SGG or custom adapters
  • Strong experience in data modeling, batch processing, schema design, and validation rules within Oracle Utilities applications
  • Understanding of Oracle Database, SQL/PLSQL, and performance optimization techniques
  • Knowledge of role-based access control, security policies, and data privacy standards

Leadership Expectations

  • Enterprise utility architecture design experience
  • Ability to produce high-quality technical documentation and architecture blueprints
  • Proven track record of delivering Oracle Utilities solutions in large-scale utility implementations
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills – both technical and business-facing
  • Capability to lead cross-functional teams and conduct architecture reviews and workshops
  • Risk identification and mitigation planning in solution delivery
  • Exposure to cloud migration strategies and hybrid models (on-prem to cloud C2M migration)
