Job Opportunity

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned Solution Designer with extensive experience in creating and enhancing business solutions using Dynamics 365 online.

  • Develop innovative solutions and optimize existing ones utilizing Dynamics 365 online capabilities.
  • Design, implement, and maintain C#/.NET plugins, focusing on Azure-aware integrations.
  • Implement custom form logic, UI enhancements, and client-side integrations using JavaScript/jQuery.
  • Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows for seamless D365 automation and orchestration.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems and vendors through third-party APIs.
  • Support and enhance existing Dynamics configurations, custom extensions, and daily reporting delivered to clients' Service Leaders.
  • Adhere to CRM best practices throughout solution design, vendor integrations, version control, testing, and deployment.
  • Align technical designs with Microsoft's product roadmap and future direction for scalability and upgradability.
  • Utilize Azure DevOps and GIT for source control, CI/CD pipeline setups, and deployment automation.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues collaboratively, provide technical guidance, and share expertise with team members.

Key skills include hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 configuration and customized development, C#/.NET plugin creation, JavaScript/jQuery customization, Power Automate workflow implementation, and Azure services/components integration.

Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills are essential for this role. The successful candidate should have a solid understanding of the Dynamics 365 ecosystem tools like Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI) and relevant Microsoft certifications.
