Compliance Specialist

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the company's compliance with RBI regulations and directives. The role involves reviewing and implementing policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze RBI circulars and master directions to identify areas of non-compliance
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines to address identified gaps in compliance
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of compliance initiatives
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance risks

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of RBI regulations and directives
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate complex information effectively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
