We are seeking a seasoned Compliance Manager to oversee our regulatory affairs.

This role requires an individual with extensive experience in NBFC compliance, RBI communication, and governance frameworks.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of Companies Act, 2013, Secretarial Standards, RBI NBFC guidelines, and relevant financial regulations.

A strong understanding of financial statements, including balance sheets and P&L, is also essential.

Responsibilities include ensuring end-to-end compliance with RBI norms applicable to NBFC-ND-SI-ML, timely submission of regulatory filings and reports, monitoring and analyzing RBI circulars, and drafting internal policies in line with RBI directives.

Additionally, the successful candidate will provide compliance input to business teams on related party transactions, group exposure, outsourcing, borrowings, and guarantees.

Corporate secretarial and governance support will be a secondary responsibility, involving organizing Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and Shareholder Meetings, drafting notices, agendas, resolutions, and minutes, and maintaining actionable trackers.

A degree in Company Secretary (CS) or equivalent qualification, along with additional legal or compliance certifications, is preferred.

Key qualifications include 4–8 years of relevant experience in NBFC or BFSI sector, strong exposure to RBI regulations, and excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.

Required skills include proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical thinking and high attention to detail.
