As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the efficient coordination and execution of logistics and dispatch activities. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills to ensure seamless collaboration with production and customer support teams.

The successful candidate will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and possess a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all dispatches. Additionally, they will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date stock records, tracking inventory movement, and reporting stock levels regularly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align dispatches with order requirements and delivery timelines.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, track inventory movement, and report stock levels regularly.
  • Ensure proper packaging and labeling of dispatch materials as per standard guidelines.
  • Monitor dispatch-related complaints or discrepancies and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
  • Support periodic inventory audits and reconciliation activities.
