Job Title: Store Handler (Incoming & Outgoing) and Stock Manager
Location: Varmora Forge Private Limited (Surendranagar)
Reports To: Operations Manager
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to manage the incoming and outgoing goods, as well as oversee the stock of finished materials and raw materials. The role is crucial in maintaining accurate stock records, managing the warehouse efficiently, and ensuring timely dispatch and receipt of materials.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Incoming and Outgoing Goods Handling:
- Receiving Materials:
- Inspect incoming raw materials for accuracy and quality.
- Unload deliveries, verify the accuracy of goods received against purchase orders.
- Record the receipt of goods in the system and store them appropriately in the warehouse.
- Ensure proper labeling and storage of materials as per standards.
- Dispatching Finished Goods:
- Prepare and process orders for dispatch, including labeling, packaging, and documentation.
- Ensure correct quantities of finished goods are dispatched as per orders.
- Coordinate with the transportation team for timely delivery of materials to clients.
2. Stock Management:
- Maintain updated and accurate stock records for both raw materials and finished products.
- Conduct regular stock counts (monthly/quarterly) and reconcile physical stock with system data.
- Identify and report any stock discrepancies or damages.
- Manage reordering of raw materials to avoid stock shortages.
- Ensure that finished products are properly documented and ready for dispatch.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure the availability of raw materials for production schedules.
3. Warehouse Management:
- Organize and maintain the warehouse for efficient material handling and space optimization.
- Ensure safety standards and cleanliness are maintained in the warehouse.
- Ensure proper storage of materials to avoid damages and maintain material integrity.
4. Inventory Management System:
- Use stock management software or ERP systems to track inventory.
- Generate reports on stock levels, incoming and outgoing materials, and stock movements.
- Maintain updated stock lists of raw materials and finished products.
5. Inward & Outward Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials, including challans, invoices, and delivery notes.
- Generate inward and outward reports, ensuring all documentation is filed and recorded properly.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in stock management or warehouse operations.
- Experience in the fasteners or manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of ERP systems for inventory management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).

Working Hours:
- Full-time, Monday to Sunday (8 AM - 7 PM)
This role ensures the seamless flow of materials through the organization, from receiving raw materials to dispatching finished products, maintaining stock accuracy, and ensuring timely deliveries.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
