We are seeking a highly skilled finance professional to join our team as Senior Financial Reporting Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing financial statements and ensuring timely completion of statutory audits with Big 4 auditors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements in accordance with IND AS and ensure accurate presentation of financial data.
  • Audit Management: Manage the audit process with Big 4 auditors, including planning, execution, and follow-up.
  • Statutory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory requirements, including ROC filings and tax audits.
  • Cost Audits: Conduct cost audits and prepare reports on cost management.
  • MIS Reporting: Develop and maintain management information systems (MIS) to provide timely insights into financial performance.

Requirements:

  • CA/ICWA or equivalent qualification
  • Proven experience in financial reporting, audit management, and statutory compliance
  • Strong knowledge of IND AS, Taxation, and ROC filings
  • Proficiency in MS Office; exposure to ERP systems preferred
