Job Title: Technical Manager

About the Position:

We are looking for a seasoned Technical Director to lead cross-functional teams in delivering successful product outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Guide matrix-organized teams to drive project success.
  • Collaborate with business teams, architecture teams, and application teams to achieve common goals.
  • Develop and manage technical documentation, focusing on customer needs and security priorities.
  • Manage team members, prioritize products, and ensure seamless end-to-end application lifecycle management.
  • Handle escalation procedures, penetration testing, and security remediations.
  • Analyze and improve team performance through short- and long-term goal setting.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • Effective communication skills, teamwork abilities, and collaboration with diverse teams.
  • Document writing skills (technical and non-technical), prioritizing customer focus and security awareness, organizational skills, and experience with cloud technologies (preferably Azure).
  • Agile methodologies, sensitive data handling, team management, and product priority management.
  • Extensive experience managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
  • Hands-on experience with full-stack end-to-end applications (UI, API, DB, authentication, authorization, networks, firewalls, proxies, etc.).
  • Escalation procedure handling from within and other teams.
  • Solid technical and functional background, including software development and web technologies, as well as business line expertise.
  • Collaboration with business teams, architecture teams, and application teams.
  • Penetration testing and helping teams find correct security remediations.
  • Reviewing and improving team performance through short- and long-term goal setting.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in matrix organizations, with business expertise being an asset.
