Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) professional to join our team. As a SailPoint developer, you will design and develop IGA solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ.

You will perform technical troubleshooting of SailPoint IdentityIQ issues, interact with clients, manage stakeholders, and deploy IGA solutions. You will also manage incidents, service requests, and deployments.

  • Design and develop IGA solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ
  • Perform technical troubleshooting of Sailpoint IdentityIQ issues
  • Client interaction and stakeholder management
  • Manage deployed IGA solutions, incidents, and service requests
  • Deployments and configuration management
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ
  • Perform technical issue resolution for SailPoint IdentityIQ
  • Interact with clients and manage stakeholders
  • Manage the lifecycle of IGA solutions, including deployment, maintenance, and upgrades
  • Ensure timely resolution of incidents, service requests, and deployments
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of overall experience with 5+ years of hands-on development experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ
  • Strong understanding of SailPoint IdentityIQ life cycle workflows, access governance, access certification, and access request processes
  • Hands-on experience in developing, configuring life cycle events, access requests, access certification, password management, applications, rules, workflows, forms, quick links, etc.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience managing large-scale IAM engagements and interacting with clients
