We are seeking an experienced finance professional to lead our financial operations. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in planning, analysis, and decision-making to ensure the company's financial health and long-term growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and managing financial plans, forecasts, and models.
  • Analyzing financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities to optimize costs.
  • Providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborating with delivery, sales, HR, and other teams to support cross-functional initiatives.
  • Overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
  • Spearheading month end, quarter end, and year end activities, including accruals & monthly analysis on actuals vs provisions.
  • Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards, including coordination with auditors for periodic and annual audits.
  • Monitoring and managing cash flow to ensure liquidity and operational efficiency.
  • Identifying financial risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Leading and mentoring the finance team to achieve organizational goals.
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Preparing and presenting financial reports to senior management.
  • Collaborating with practice heads to align financial goals with business objectives.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

Requirements:

  • A Chartered Accountant with 8+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in the technology services industry.
  • Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho or similar).
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills and detail orientation. Ability to interpret data, generate, and communicate insights. Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel techniques.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
