System Reliability Expert

A System Reliability Expert is required to work with our team to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our systems. This role will be responsible for identifying and mitigating potential issues, implementing solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure system reliability and uptime through proactive monitoring, root cause analysis, and issue resolution
  • Develop and implement automation scripts using Python, Shell scripting, and other relevant languages
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement scalable architectures
  • Provide technical guidance and support to stakeholders on cloud platforms, DevOps tools, and database management
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in GenAI, NLP, and ML

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 7-12 years of experience in technical support or engineering, preferably in AI/ML/GenAI environments
  • Expertise in GenAI models and frameworks, cloud platforms, and DevOps tools
  • Strong proficiency in Python, Shell scripting, and other relevant programming languages
  • Knowledge of ITIL application support management processes and Kubernetes containerization

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML) models
  • Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and OpenAI technologies
  • Understanding of MLOps practices and model lifecycle management
