**Job Description:

\

We are seeking an experienced Technical Systems Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases.

\

**Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Design, implement, and maintain reliable and secure IT infrastructure\
  • Monitor and troubleshoot network and server issues\
  • Ensure high availability and performance of critical systems\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues\
  • Develop and implement technical documentation\
  • Lead problem-solving efforts and make recommendations for improvement\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies\
  • Manage and maintain inventory of hardware and software assets\
  • Perform security audits and vulnerability assessments\
  • Work with vendors to resolve technical issues and negotiate contracts\
  • Implement delegating administrator roles for Active Directory and design group policies\
  • Train new system users and set up their accounts\
  • Monitor performance of servers, software, and hardware\
  • Ensure smooth deployment of new applications\
  • Taking care of Escalation tickets and reporting to the manager of history of issues & troubleshoot\
  • Reporting hierarchy (reporting to): Senior IT Manager\
