Job Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished Design Leader to spearhead our design studio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative and functional interior designs that meet clients' needs.
  • Manage the end-to-end design process – from concept development to final execution.
  • Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Communicate design intent clearly to clients and handle client presentations.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies.
  • Mentor junior designers to build a strong design culture within the company.
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • 7+ years of professional experience in interior design, with at least 2+ years in a leadership/managerial role.
  • Expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop (or similar design tools).
  • Proven portfolio of executed residential and/or commercial interior projects.
  • Strong project management, leadership, and client communication skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
