Visual Creative Lead

We are seeking a skilled Visual Creative Lead to conceptualize and develop visual assets across digital and print media.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transform design briefs into powerful visuals, including logos, brand identities, social media creatives, websites, packaging, and advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with brand positioning and campaign objectives.
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across multiple platforms for diverse clients.
  • Develop innovative solutions while ensuring designs are practical and executable.
  • Produce production-ready files for both digital and print outputs.
  • Stay updated on design trends to keep work fresh and relevant.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, campaign, and multi-channel design work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with Figma or similar tools is a plus.
  • Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Ability to balance creativity with strategy and client goals.
  • Strong time management skills; ability to work on multiple projects under deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of digital formats and print production.
  • Motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design knowledge is a plus.
