Job Title: Senior Design Lead

Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Design Lead to join our project team. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all design-related activities and ensuring that they align with our project objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage design deliverables, including concept designs, GFC drawings, and technical specifications;
  • Work closely with internal teams such as Project Managers, Contracts, Engineers, EHS, etc.;
  • Track design progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions;
  • Arrange and prepare meeting materials, MOMs, and other documentation as required;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, services consultants, stakeholders, and clients;
Requirements
  • A minimum of 10-12 years of experience in Construction Project Management for Real Estate sites;
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project;
  • Ability to analyze complex problems, identify solutions, and implement changes;
  • Highly organized, with excellent time management and prioritization skills;
