Senior Director of Engineering

A Senior Director of Engineering will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of technology strategies to drive business growth and success. This role will oversee a team of engineers, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to design and build scalable systems, generative AI, DevOps, and AIOps.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in building large-scale systems, developing and deploying AI/GenAI pipelines, owning the lifecycle of large language models, and identifying opportunities for AI-driven automation across workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead architecture & development teams to design and build core systems powering homecare fulfillment.
  • Develop and deploy AI/GenAI pipelines for automation, decision support, and caregiver workflows.
  • Owning the lifecycle of large language models, including model deployment and maintenance.
  • Identify high-impact opportunities for AI-driven automation across workflows.
  • Evaluate and ensure systems meet HIPAA, SOC-2, and DPDP standards from the start.

We are seeking a highly experienced engineer with 6+ years of software engineering experience, strong exposure to AI/ML in production, proven expertise in GenAI, LLMOps, and large-scale model deployment. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Python, FastAPI, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and cloud-native infrastructure, as well as knowledge of data security, compliance frameworks, and scalable system design.

A successful candidate will have past experience as a CTO or Founding Engineer at a startup, an execution-first mindset, and be comfortable iterating quickly while building toward long-term scalability.
