Strategic Operations Leader

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Vice President - Corporate Registry to lead our strategic operations and drive business growth.

About the Role

  • Oversee business development, operations, and financial performance
  • Develop and execute business plans that align with organizational objectives
  • Manage complex financial operations, including risk management and compliance
  • Leverage technology to enhance operational efficiency and scalability
  • Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry associations
  • Identify new business opportunities and pursue partnerships, mergers, and acquisitions
  • Foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, and accountability within the management team and employees

Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Management and Operational Management: Develop and execute strategies for client onboarding, risk management, and operational efficiency.
  2. Strategy Development: Align business plans with organizational objectives, focusing on growth, profitability, risk management, and innovation.
  3. P&L Management: Drive key financial metrics, manage budgets, and oversee financial reporting.
  4. Innovation and Technology: Leverage technology to develop and implement innovative solutions and services, enhancing operational efficiency and scalability.
  5. Financial Management: Ensure efficient, effective, and compliant financial operations, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  6. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the client base and revenue streams through partnerships, mergers, and acquisitions.
  7. Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and accountability within the management team and employees.
  8. Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, industry associations, and regulators, ensuring the company's interests are represented and its reputation is maintained.
  9. Risk Management: Develop and maintain robust risk management processes and controls to mitigate risks to the company's financial health and reputation.
  10. Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements, including reporting, data privacy, and anti-money laundering regulations.
