Job Description:
The Vice President (VP) of Sales for IT Outsourcing and Staffing will provide strategic leadership and oversight to the sales organization within a company that provides IT outsourcing and staffing services. This executive role will be responsible for shaping the company's sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the overall success of the sales team. The VP of Sales will work closely with senior leadership to establish and execute growth strategies, manage key client relationships, and oversee a high-performing sales organization focused on acquiring new business and expanding existing account
Required Skills and Qualifications

•Minimum of 20 years of experience in sales leadership, with at least 17 years in a senior sales or executive-level role in IT outsourcing, staffing, or related services

• In-depth knowledge of the IT outsourcing, staffing, and technology services industry, including market trends, pricing models, and emerging technologies.

• Proven track record of driving revenue growth, managing large client relationships, and leading high-performing sales teams.

• Exceptionl leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior executives and stakeholders.

• Expertise in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).

• Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management and sales budgeting.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute complex sales strategies.

• Excellent negotiation, contract management, and closing skills.

•Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Preferred Qualifications:

• Deep experience working with enterprise clients and large-scale IT outsourcing or staffing contracts.

• Previous success in scaling sales organizations and achieving market leadership.

• Familiarity with specific industries such as healthcare, financial services, or technology.

• Network of established relationships with key decision-makers in the IT outsourcing and staffing sectors.
Work Environment:

• This is an executive leadership position, typically requiring travel for client meetings, conferences, and networking events.

• The role requires 5 days work from office

• This position offers competitive compensation, including base salary, performance-based bonuses, and other executive-level benefits.
